SilverSneakers is a wellness benefit designed to promote exercise in a fun and socially interactive way for people over the age of 65. SilverSneakers is available at more than 15,000 gym locations across the country.2 A membership gives you access to each location.
What does a SilverSneakers basic membership include?
The available amenities and fitness activities can vary by location. But some of the options with SilverSneakers include:

Do I qualify for SilverSneakers?
Eligibility for SilverSneakers is simple. In order to be eligible, you must be:
- At least 65 years old, or under 65 and eligible for Medicare
- A resident of the U.S.
- An enrolled member of a private Medicare Advantage plan that offers the SilverSneakers benefit
