In order to be eligible for the SilverSneakers Fitness program, you must be:

Why take advantage of the program?

SilverSneakers is designed to help older adults stay physically fit and socially active. Membership provides access to more than 13,000 participating locations nationwide, including gyms, wellness centers and YMCAs. SilverSneakers locations offer fitness classes targeted towards aging adults, including:**
