Low blood pressure can cause many different symptoms including dizziness, confusion, fatigue, shortness of breath and trouble concentrating.

Do not lie down after taking Midodrine. Take your dose at least 4 hours before laying down or at least 4 hours before bedtime. Laying down after taking Midodrine can cause very high blood pressure that can put you at risk for heart problems.

If you have normal or high blood pressure, do not take Midodrine.
