Lisa Harris is a Registered Dietitian and the owner of Enduring Fitness 4U, an award-winning business in which she has helped hundreds of older adults get stronger through strength training and nutrition coaching.
Lisa's articles have been published in Shape Magazine, Men's Fitness, Designing Wealth Magazine, and The North County Times (San Diego). Her first book, Building Your Enduring Fitness: Age-Defying Strategies that Boost Your Vitality, was released in April 2018.
Lisa has a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis, and an M.S. in Foods and Nutrition from Calif. Polytechnic University, Pomona. She has a Certificate in Exercise Science from the University of California, San Diego. She is a Registered Dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise.
